My time slot was 3-5. I assumed that meant they would be there at 3. However it just means between those hours. I would’ve preferred an earlier time and I believe the person they were moving before me had lots of things which caused them to be late as well as other factors. Overall, the guys did a good job. No words can describe how happy I am with the service received from this company! In my ninth month of pregnancy with a move needing to be done and not knowing when my baby would arrive life was already stressful! So with feeling like I had enough time before my due date I scheduled my move. On day of scheduled move, of course I go into labor! But no worries this company is so trustworthy and professional that I was able to leave everything in the hands of the owner who is always on site of all moves! I still had minimal packing to do but no worries with little instructions and no micromanaging needed I just expressed my desires and they did everything! I was in the hospital for four days, and came home to the most organized move of my life! To all potential customers of Prolific Relocation Inc, I just want to let you know to definitely use their services because they are PHENOMENAL, PHENOMENAL, PHENOMENAL. I recently had a horrible experience with a moving company while relocating back to Georgia. They absolutely destroyed my confidence and trust in movers but Prolific Relocation restored that trust which had been lost. I was apprehensive at first while seeking out a moving company to move my things from my storage unit to my new apartment but once I spoke to Prolific Relocation on the phone all of my apprehensions went out the door. They were very professional and attentive to my concerns dealing with my past experience with movers. On the day of the move they arrived 10 minutes early which was wonderful because as they say in the military on time is late therefore they were definitely on time. I can honestly say that from beginning to end they were on top of their job. They were knowledgeable about the moving process. Their knowledge really impressed me because they knew what to do and how to do it when it came to moving furniture. They put the furniture together once we arrived at my apartment and I must also relay another important message about them. They had a kindness about them that I had not experienced in the past and that meant a great deal to me due to my negative past experiences. It was a long distance move (248 miles) from storage unit to storage unit and a partial drop off at my new place and Lawrence and his team were absolutely amazing! I was not present at the load site and everything still went so smoothly. If you’re reading the reviews that say “stress-free” BELIEVE THEM! Ahaha. I didn’t have to lift a finger and it was very painless! They even worked in the rain (I thought for sure they may have wanted to reschedule but they were still onboard). I am still talking about how amazing they were! lol The team is also incredibly kind. They were considerate of all the things I wanted separated and it made this move very efficient. They also took the time to wrap all of my belongings so they wouldn’t get scratched and I couldn’t appreciate them more for that. I am already HIGHLY recommending them to everyone I know. It’s very difficult for me to move as a single parent. I recently had to move out of my unit in a short period and was already exhausted from packing. The two people who helped me were great. Very professional and upfront about the costs, they got the truck for me, they met me at my apartment and I didn’t have to do anything else. None of my items were damaged and I didn’t have to do much at all. I’ve never had movers but I honestly will never try to move on my own again!!! They helped me so much and I’m grateful I ran into them a week before my move. I also want to say that at the last minute I had a location change and they accommodated me.
